As a general information we would like to inform you that Mr. Manoj Patki who were previously working with us as junior counsellors are no longer in our employment after being asked to resign from our organization in the year 2007.
His association with the Russian education system is based and limited only to the virtue of him being previously employed with IFSC, a pioneer in the promotion of Russian medical Universities in India for the last 15 years. IFSC had been working jointly with the Cultural Department of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in India. We would also like to inform all concerned that International Foundation for Studies and Culture would not be liable or responsible for any acts of his.
While selecting a country or a medical University, it is important to do some research of the country or the University. But at the same time, it is also of paramount importance to know the back ground of the organization in India through which you intend to process your admission and the credentials and the consistent presence of the organization in India. It is important to know how long the organization has been in existence in the same field in your city and the number of students that have been sent by them from the organization that they run. Do ask to show you the documents for the numbers being claimed as enrolled previously and presently. Do also ask for the telephone numbers of the students whose testimonials may be shown to you and confirm with the student about the name of the Indian organization through, which they had initially enrolled for their education in Russia. Unscrupulous agents have been known to either make up some testimonials or use testimonials of other reputed and credible organizations to create a sense of credibility for their company, which they may sadly lack. It is always better to deal with an Indian organization rather than directly with a foreign organization, which would ensure that a consistent service could be expected in India – during the admission process and for the total period of education in Russia. This will ensure that you do not get trapped by a “Fly by night” agent.
Past experience as a counsellor in the same field with a reputed and a credible organization like IFSC also does not ensure quality and professional services, which may be promised by individuals and companies. It is well known that it is the organization in India which would be representing your interest with the University and who would deliver professional services and not the individual making the claims. Post admission support and good reference of the organization rather than an individual’s promise would ensure the representation of your interest with the University and quality of service and fulfilment of promises made.
Care should also be taken of individuals and companies who promise admissions at a low rate, since nothing comes free in life and there is no such thing as a free meal. Low charges are linked with the service that can be expected. Charging low is the best way of an unscrupulous agent to lure an unsuspecting student or a parent into a trap, which many a parent has regretted later. These tactics are many a times undertaken by the unorganized sector or new entrants without credibility in this industry to lure students.
We, at IFSC, are one of India’s oldest organization promoting Russian medical Universities since the last 15 years. Our credibility could be gauged with viewing of our credentials on our web site. The huge numbers of students enrolled by us till date, some who have already qualified as doctors and some who are still successfully studying in Russia itself speak of our credentials. We are a tried and a tested organization and not a “Fly by night” operator, or a new entrant in the market desperately trying to prove its credibility. This is further proved by the consistent presence of IFSC in the market since the last 15 years and we are in a position to give you references of boys and girls who have been enrolled by us at IFSC (and not by some other reputed and credible organization as is be done by unscrupulous agents) and are studying in Russia.
